Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, Adore Hair Company strictly enforces a no refund policy. All sales are final. Each bundle is thoroughly inspected and quality-checked before shipment to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that our current order processing time is 1–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). While many orders are processed sooner, we ask that customers allow the full 14 business days during high-volume periods, promotions, or restocks.
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes approximately 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing and shipping timeframe. Adore Hair Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or delivery issues once the package has been scanned into the postal system.
